If you have questions regarding your order,

We will promptly research the status of your order and provide a
response to you…in addition, UPS tracking numbers are provided as soon
as the item(s) are shipped so that our customers may track their items
enroute to the destination. We remind our customers to please add out
email addresses to their accepted list or check their SPAM email folders
because we cannot control the many blockers/filters that might
misinterpret our emails and prevent customers from receiving important
order or product information. If you call us regarding your order,
please note that we use email as our primary method of communication so
that you and we have a record of the information and correspondence
regarding your order or potential order in the aim of good customer
awareness and service.
OUR
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE AND RETURN POLICY
We stand behind our high quality items with
committed customer service. While we are extremely confident that you
will be pleased with your order, you can rest assured that any item
(except for personalized or edible items) can be returned. In those
cases where it is not clearly defined on whether an item is considered
“personalized” or “edible” or not, it is the sole responsibility of the
customer to contact us prior to placing their order for our guarantee to
be in effect. Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival and
notify us immediately regarding any damaged merchandised. To maximize
our ability to handle situations that require replacements or credits,
we must receive notification within 14 days of delivery; refund or
replacement requests sent to us more than 14 days after the order
delivery date may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
Your
special day is of the utmost importance to us, so we want you to be 100%
happy with the products you purchase. If a return becomes necessary, an
email must be sent to

within 14 days of the delivery of the order requesting a Return
Authorization Number (RAN). A RAN must be obtained prior to returning
the items and orders that are returned without an authorization number
will not be accepted. Once the request is received, a RAN will be sent
back to the customer; all returned items must then be received within 7
days from when the return authorization number is issued and must be
unused and in their original packaging. Shipping costs to return any
items are the sole responsibility of the customer. For their own
protection, we recommend that our customers use a reputable shipping
service such as UPS or FEDEX so that the items can be tracked. Also,
please be sure to have the items insured against damage. We will not
issue refunds for items that arrive to us damaged. In addition,
all returns must be sent to the address we specify, which may not always
be our company address (at times it may be our manufacturer in order to
expedite the exchange or refund.) Items not returned to the
address we specify will incur additional shipping charges to be
determined at the time the items are recieved.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
We
accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, and Discover for all
online, faxed, or mailed orders.
We can also accept money orders, cashier’s checks and
personal checks for all mail-in orders only. Mail-in orders must be
placed using our order form and all money orders, personal checks or

DELIVERY TIME
Unless otherwise stated in the product description or a favor or
gift is on backorder, most orders will ship within 5
to 7 business days from when the order was placed. In the event you
require a rush order, please email us to discuss special arrangements.
"REQUEST-BY DATES"
In our effort to best match the timeliness of
our products arriving to you with our normal processing and shipping
times, we request that our customers provide a "Request By Date" in the
comments section found in our checkout process. Please note, however,
that any date provided by the customer is for planning purposes only and
by no means does it represent a contract which
WeddingFavorFORTE’ is bound to for
guaranteeing the arrival of your products. We will do our absolute best
to meet your needs within the constraints of product availability,
normal processing time for orders, and shipping time for delivery. In
cases where the need-by date exceeds these normal times, expedited
shipping methods and increased shipping charges will be necessary and
should be selected.
MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES
While
WeddingFavorFORTE’ aims to meet most every wedding-related needs
by having no minimum order quantity on our items, there are cases and
products which do require a minimum quantity to be ordered. These items
are clearly marked on our site, typically in the product description.
If a minimum quantity is not ordered, please note that the entire order
will be automatically cancelled; we make sure that the minimum quantity
requirement is clearly stated on the site, and simply do not have the
administrative time necessary to handle every invalid order with
multiple phone calls or emails. Thus, we strongly urge our customers to
review all the product information and fulfill the minimum order
quantities where applicable.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
WeddingFavorFORTE’ utilizes UPS Ground for
most shipping within the United States. 2nd day air or overnight
delivery is readily available and can be selected during the check out
process. Please note, however, that even with expedited shipping
methods (3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day
Air/Overnight) normal processing times still apply to all orders.
While we make every effort to ship
all items together and at the same time, personalized
items come from various manufacturers and therein
normally take longer to process and most often will ship
separately from any non-personalized portions of an
order. Our aim is to get all of your items to you
in the most timely manner possible, and thus items will
often ship as they are ready; meaning that, in some
cases, customers may receive their orders in multiple
shipments.
To express our appreciation for making your
wedding-related purchases at

we gladly cover the UPS Ground shipping charges on qualifying orders over $250.00. Shipping rates
for orders under $250.00 are determined using real time UPS shipping rates
and are visible during checkout.
Note: If any items are returned from an order that qualified
for free shipping which makes the resulting total order value drop
below the minimum to qualify ($250.00), the appropriate shipping costs
will be applied to the entire order and charged to the customer.
