Gift Shipping Information
What is the normal shipping time I can expect for my items?
WeddingFavorFORTE’
utilizes UPS Ground as the primary shipping method for all of our times
unless otherwise indicated or necessary. For planning purposes, we
provide the
estimated shipping times on our
favors and gifts shipping from our main office and warehouse in
Georgia. We do offer expedited shipping methods via UPS Next Day Air
and UPS Second Day Air for those favors or gifts that are needed in a
hurry. In some instances, including very small items or samples, we
will utilize USPS Priority mail, which provides 2-3 day shipping time.
How will I know when my items have shipped?
WeddingFavorFORTE’
strives to keep the communication loop open and provide the most
up-to-date information concerning our customer's orders. Once your
wedding favors or gifts are enroute to you, we provide a UPS tracking
number to our customers via the email address they provide during the
checkout process. Please note that there is a slight delay for tracking
numbers to go active, and in most cases the item is already enroute when
the tracking results will become visible via our shipper's website.

I ordered my favors and picked 2nd day or next day air; it's been
one or two days and I still have not received my items and I would like
to know why.
WeddingFavorFORTE’ offers expedited shipping methods (Next Day
Air and Second Day Air) for those cases when our customers need their
favors in a hurry. While we take every measure possible to expedite our
favors and gifts out the door, especially in these cases, expedited
shipping method only affects the enroute shipping time and does not
eliminate the processing time on any order. Particularly with
personalized items, the 5-7 business days may still be necessary to
produce the items. In every case, we will ship our items via the
expedited method requested and along the way will make every effort to
shorten the processing time as much as possible. If you have a
particular wedding favor or wedding gift need that must be met in a
rush, we encourage you to email us to discuss your needs.
I only received a portion of my order; what is the reason for the
partial shipment?
We may
at times utilize split shipping methods to deliver your items. This is
due to some of our personalized items shipping directly from our
manufactures rather than our main offices in Georgia. While in most
cases we strive to have all of your favors and gifts arrive at the same
time, we may ship items separately so as to not delay the arrival of
items that are in stock and available; we want our customers to have the
peace of mind that comes from having the items in their hands as soon as
possible.
If I am not going to be home on the delivery date or desire for UPS
to leave the item with a neighbor or at a specific place at my
residence, can you coordinate that for me?
WeddingFavorFORTE’ is not afforded with the ability to talk to
the shipping company's regional facilities or local delivery drivers and
thus cannot relay specific and/or special concerns. We have, however,
contacted them on the issue and they have indicated the best way to have
your items left with a neighbor, bellman, or at a specific location at
the delivery address is to leave a signed note for the driver with
instructions indicating where or with whom the package should be left.
Please note that UPS has told us that in all cases, driver discretion
will prevail, which includes non-delivery if no one is home during times
of in-climate weather in in areas assessed to be suspect for theft or
damage to the items.
What should I do if I have not received my items by the "Request By
Date" I indicated during the checkout process?
We
encourage our customers to indicate a "Request By Date" during the
checkout process so that we can best plan for the arrival of their
favors and gifts and ensure that an appropriate shipping method has been
selected. We also use it to assess the ability to fulfill orders based
on any backorders that may occur on short or no-notice. Any dates
provided, however, do not constitute a contract that binds us to a
guaranteed delivery date. We operate via our normal processing times
and normal shipping times in all cases and will use these dates to help
us identify when we will need to contact our customers if items are
being delayed for any reason. Rest assured that our staff will contact
you in cases where items will be delayed past this date, as we
understand that timely arrival of your favors and gifts is extremely
important and peace of mind goes a long way during your event planning
and execution.

Favor and Gift Satisfaction Guarantee
If I am not satisfied with my order and desire to return it, are
there any items that cannot be returned under any circumstances?
Customer satisfaction is our ultimate goal, and we make every effort to
ensure our customers get the perfect favor or gift for their event. In
those cases where our favors and/or gifts do not meet our customer's
every expectation, we will gladly allow those items to be returned for a
full refund (minus any original and return shipping costs.) Refunds
however, do not apply nor are they possible for any of our personalized
and edible items. If there is any question on whether an item is
considered "personalized" or "edible", it is solely the customer's
responsibility to contact us and obtain such determination prior to
ordering. Thus, on other than personalized and edible items, we have a
very generous return policy that aims to perfect not only our wedding
favors, but also our customer service and satisfaction.
Do the product images depict the actual resolution of labels and
product details as well as the actual size of the favors and gifts?
It is
important to understand that the quality of
images presented on the World Wide Web varies greatly depending on the
computer system, monitor, and web browser used to visualize the images.
For that reason, WeddingFavorFORTE’
does not recommend that you use the product
images provided on our site as the final/print version. Where
determining resolution quality is an absolute must prior to placing an
order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. With that
in mind, we always strive to provide the best representation of
our favors. In some cases, product images are enlarged to enhance
detail and overall visibility. Thus, product images do not always
depict the actual size of the item. We make every effort to provide
accurate product dimensions in the description of each item. In all
cases, particularly those where dimensions may not be provided on the
site, we encourage our customers to contact one of our favor specialists
in customer service to discuss the actual dimensions of the item; that
way we can ensure that a particular favor will fully meet your needs.
